Many of our Gita Teachers donated their teaching time to take classes at several drug and alcohol detox and rehabilitation centres in Melbourne.

 

Khuti received a nominal amount for this, which went into our T.T. Scholarship Fund to help train teachers  who would otherwise be unable to fund themselves through Teacher Training.

This then provided more teachers to work in this area.

 

Several our Scholarship recipients still teach in this and other areas.
